Hey Kindred Spirits! It's Dan here with another update and what a month April was for us!
March was very low key, apart from a very rare full band appearance at the Black Cat Blues Club, we didn't perform at all.
But by contrast, April was packed! We ventured back to FuBar as the full band again which was a lot of fun. We headlined Rock for Good on Easter Sunday and had an absolute blast! Then we returned to Coburgs for our debut full set, playing with the country theme we had set, throwing in our most countrified songs along with some great covers. We're still buzzing over that to be fair, a great mood to be in heading into another debut gig tonight, this time at The Anchor in Cowes!
In other news away from gigging, Corrine released her debut solo single “Voodoo Doll” on all streaming platforms! She recorded it at Side House Recordings, Shaun doing another sterling job!
We're hoping to get a single out pretty soon for you, we realise we've been quite quiet on that part. But fingers crossed, there'll be something for you to get your ears pricking up soon!
Bea finished the brand new logo artwork, there's brand new tshirts available from Teemill, you can find the link in our store tab. If you see us in person you could even grab a t-shirt directly from us!
We all hope you have a fantastic May! There's a whole bevvy of opportunities to catch us this month, Anchor tonight, Sun Inn in Hulverstone and there's another charity bash at the Waverley Park Holiday Centre on the 23rd to 25th.
Until then, take it easy and bye for now!
