Hey Kindred Spirits,
Dan and Dave here bringing you the news! And, wow… We thought it was going to be a quiet month with nothing massive to report on, but we couldn't be more wrong.
First off the bat, the most obvious bit of news is that Andy has decided to step away from the band to focus on other projects and allow us to bring in someone who can give us the time and dedication we need too. We're forever thankful to him, stepping in with less than a week's notice for a gig a good two and a half years ago and has been fantastic for us ever since. We wish him the best and all the love with his future plans!
With that being said, we're delighted to say that Pete Ball has joined the family. An experienced player that's played with plenty of bands, we're hoping to learn a fair bit off him (without getting our leg hairs pinched!) needless to say, he gets on really well with us already… You can come and formally welcome him in when he joins us on the 19th of this month at Coburgs for our Christmas Country Hoedown!
So, what else have we got to report on. We've been back in the studio applying more instrumentation to our next single "Flowers" which brings us ever closer to finally releasing our full length debut LP. So, you expect both of those in the first half of 2026.
We're also absolutely delighted to tell you that we've been nominated for Radio Wigwam's Blues/Classic Rock artist of the year. Considering how many tracks are submitted over the year, even getting a nomination feels like an amazing achievement and we feel extremely honoured. You can vote for us here!

We would be extremely grateful if you could not only vote but also pass on the fantastic news (and link!) to friends and family!
That's about all for this month, it's been a bit quiet on the gig front but, besides the aforementioned Christmas Country Hoedown on the 19th, Corrine will be joining the two of us for an acoustic night at the lovely Sun Inn on New Year's Eve. There's no tickets, so free entry. Come and see what has been a massive 2025 off in style and welcome in what's going to be an even bigger 2026!
Stay safe everyone, have a great festive period and we'll see you very soon!
