Hey folks, it's Dan here.
Wow, what a month September has been and we're not done yet!
Started off quite nice and laid back if we're honest, Dave and I over at the Ship and Castle for a lovely Sunday afternoon, then we went over to the Quay the following Friday for a brilliant night of live music in support of Mountbatten Hospice catching up with some old friends and a cracking dep on drums from my old buddy Phil Legaspi!
We also played the Waverley Beer Festival as a full band again this year, winding up being the penultimate band on Sunday night. The whole weekend was a blast though and managed to raise £5k for Ability Dogs for Young People, IOW!
Yesterday we also popped in on Mr. Nick Painless at Vectis Radio for a chat about what we've been up to and where we're going, managing to slip in a little acoustic set promoting our next single, due very soon “Drowning” the podcast is attached to this blog post.
We're so excited to be headlining Strings this Thursday coming, it's a fantastic venue and the Isle of Wight is extremely lucky to have somewhere where you can find touring bands and promoting original live music! We're very excited to have Corrine Atkins opening up proceedings for us as well. Doors open at 7:30 and it's pay what you like on the door, so please, we'd love to see your wonderful faces there!
That's all for now, hope to catch you all soon. Take it easy.
Dan.
