Hello Kindred Spirits! 

A little late on the blog this month, probably because, if we're honest, besides a rare full appearance at the Black Cat Blues Club, we didn't really do that much as a collective. Other projects within the band coming to the front, Corrine played over the other side of the water again in Southampton, this time taking me along with her and the fantastic Mike Wells to support Caitlin at Suburbia. Mark got busy again with Chasing Scarlett playing a few gigs and Andy's been what drummers do best, playing with a host of musicians along the island! 

But, now we turn our attention to April. Quite the month, three full band performances including a headline appearance at Rock for Good on Easter Sunday. An achievement indeed considering it was the first full gig we played four years back with Jerry and Mick! 

Either side of that is a return to FuBar, we've been busy getting a couple of new songs into the set along with a couple of new arrangements on older material. We're very excited. Then the other side of Rock for Good sees us playing our first full set at Coburgs on the 25th, billed as a country night. So, we'll be grabbing our stetsons and our boots and playing some of our more chicken pickin' country fried songs as well as some well known classics.

Dave and I will then be heading down to Ventnor for an acoustic gig at the Blenheim the night afterwards, it's our first time there and we're very much looking forward to it. 

We're edging closer to wrapping up the second session of recording for our full length album. I expect we'll be kicking off the final lot very soon.

There's some big announcements coming soon, really dislike the “watch this space” cliché, but you should all know the drill. We'll be letting you know as soon as possible what's going on this summer! We can't wait to share that with you.
